Product Care

To ensure the longevity and quality of our products, a few simple care tips can make all the difference. Whether it's the fragrance that fills the room or the lotion that hydrates your skin, proper handling and storage will help maintain their effectiveness and freshness.

Storage Conditions

All of our products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Fragrance products, in particular, are sensitive to light and temperature, which can cause the scent to change over time.

For skincare products, excessive heat or moisture may alter the texture and performance. We recommend keeping products in a stable environment, such as a bedroom or closet, rather than a humid bathroom.

After Opening

Once opened, products are exposed to air and can begin to degrade slightly, especially lotions and creams that contain natural ingredients. To help extend the shelf life, make sure the product is tightly sealed after use.

Fragrance products like candles should be stored upright and away from heat sources. If the candle wax becomes soft, it can affect its burning quality.

Using Fragrance Products

For our scented products, the longevity of the fragrance will depend on where and how you use it. Candles, for instance, should be trimmed regularly to prevent excessive soot and to ensure an even burn.

If you're using diffusers or room sprays, place them in well-ventilated areas, but away from drafts or heat sources that may alter the scent.

Skin Care Products

When using our lotions, creams, and other skincare items, always make sure to apply them to clean, dry skin. The effectiveness of moisturizing products is best when they are absorbed directly into the skin without barriers like dirt or sweat.

For body creams, use a generous amount and gently massage the product into your skin for optimal hydration. Avoid using too much in one go to prevent residue buildup.

Preserving Your Products

For best results, always ensure the lids or caps of products are tightly closed after use to prevent air and moisture from compromising the product's integrity.

Expiration and Shelf Life

While most of our products are formulated to last, some may have an expiration date or a suggested use-by date. Products with natural ingredients may have a shorter shelf life.

Check product labels for expiration dates. If you notice any changes in texture, smell, or performance, it may be time to replace the product.

General Tips

When in doubt, always store your products in their original packaging. This ensures they stay safe and protected from external contaminants.
